Prophet Joseph Opegbemi, the General Overseer of the Christ Apostolic Church, CAC, Oke-Ayo, located in Kugbo, a suburb in the federal Capital of Abuja has been praying for the peace of Nigeria. The highly energetic and prayerful man of God has never relented in this spiritual course praying fervently for God to help show mercy on Nigerians.
He recent ly declared several days of fasting and prayers to buttress his determination. Prophet Opegbemi disclosed that Nigerians have no other country than Nigeria and everything should be done to make the nation work. “We have to keep praying, that is what we have to do. Our God is merciful but we have to desist from sinful ways”, he told our reporters.
The cerebral prophet popularly known as “baba1313” has been consistent in upholding the principles and tenets of good worship, often times admonishing worshippers to discard unnecessary things such as adorning ornaments to church , wearing of trousers and coming late to church. Baba1313 is a graduate and Master’s Degree holder in the school of Theology and has deplored his vast experience to further the work of God.
